What does this event cover
We are pleased to announce we have secured Megan Dixon a specialist literacy teacher, consultant and teacher trainer with 20 years’ experience working with children across a variety of schools in both primary and secondary education settings, who works with the National College.
Over two days, Thursday 19th and Friday 20th May Megan will host workshops for all Camden schools. She will share what the research in `how children learn to read' teaches us for pupils with SEND and for you to have a chance to discuss further.
There are two places per school for one workshop; we are suggesting that the Literacy Lead and SENDCO attend, but of course you can choose who is most appropriate to attend.
All workshops will take place at 5 Pancras Square in person with the ability to join online if necessary.
Lunch will be provided for the 11:30-1:30 slot and refreshments for the others.
