For all early years practitioners who want to gain a greater understanding of children's emotional development, how this impacts upon behaviour and the link between language/communication skills and young children’s emotional regulation.

- The factors that influence young children’s emotional development, with a particular focus on language and communication.
- How the nursery environment can support children’s language and emotional skills.
- Strategies and top tips to promote healthy social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) development.
- Tools to promote a positive and effective approach to considering and supporting children's behaviour.
- Other agencies we can work with to support young children's SEMH.
