Leadership, being brave and being visual in these uncertain times.

True leaders learn how to pilot the turbulence and support their teams in times of crisis. A global pandemic is just that. Understanding the impact on mental health, this course will explore the skills needed to develop awareness and understanding of the Psychosocial Resilience that you will need so you are best suited to prepare, support and sensitively care for your team, and families.

This course looks at how leaders can ready themselves for the return of staff and have plans in place to support them. Considering strategies for keeping everybody well whilst meeting their care duties.
