Physical Movement & Play

Venue : Crowndale Centre, 218 Eversholt Street, London, NW1 1BD map
Who is this event for
For practitioners working with 2 - 5 year olds
What does this event cover
Physical Movement & Play fosters far more than just physical development. Children are biologically driven to seek out the experiences they need in order to develop strong neural connections. They are pre-programmed to explore their world through physical actions. In order to sit still and concentrate later at school they need to experience a lot of Physical Movement & Play in their early years.

Come and find out how harnessing children’s drive to move can help them develop not just physical skills but pro-social behaviour, self-regulation and communication and can also lead to much calmer settings for all.
