Support staff leaders.
What does this event cover
This 2 session programme aims to develop the use of coaching to enhance leadership skills. The first session explores a coaching model and gives the opportunity to watch and practice coaching techniques in action. The second session focuses on the learning from the coaching practice delegates will have completed and provides some practical steps in planning to use leadership coaching in delegates’ day to day roles. Delegates should come away from the course feeling confident about using coaching techniques to improve line management meetings and other aspects of the leadership role.
